02 / The product problem

The product problem

Many support platforms optimize for recurring subscriptions and project owners. A person who simply wants to say thank you is pushed through registration, commitment, and unnecessary product friction.

03 / What we built

What we built

R&D Club inverted the model: one-off support is the primary flow, a social link or QR code is the entry point, and the supporter receives a personal history they can keep public or private. T-Bank handles the financial operation layer.

04 / Product capabilities

Product capabilities

01

No forced subscription

Support can be a one-time act without a recurring commitment.

02

Link and QR entry

Creators can meet supporters where the audience already is.

03

Supporter profile

Donation history becomes an organized, privacy-controlled identity layer.

System shape

The product is organized around three bounded flows: creator identity, frictionless payment, and supporter history. That separation keeps the donation moment simple while still creating a durable account-level product around it.
