The product problem

Revenue is not lost only in the words an operator chooses. It disappears across CRM state, offers, inventory, logistics, payment, fulfillment, incentives, handoffs, and delayed customer outcomes. A generic copilot sees the call but misses the operating system that decides whether the sale can happen.

What we built

R&D Club enters the sales process as an embedded research function: maps the path from lead to economic result, interviews the people who actually run it, establishes a baseline, connects call behavior to outcomes, and tests interventions. SuperSales Live brings the intervention that survives that work back into the call before the moment is lost.

System shape

Customer and operator audio travel through separate transcription paths into a live context state that tracks stage, objections, missing information, offer constraints, and the reason behind the next action. The current deterministic run measures >500 ms from speech to transcript and 800 ms from speech to the first word of a cue. 2 channels and a full trace preserve audio, transcript, events, prompts, latency, CRM keys, and the delayed economic outcome for the next experiment cycle.
